Facilities services is a service unit of the University responsible for several areas of operation:

1. Maintenance of Facilities
2. Management of Utility Services
3. Campus Safety (security)
4. Grounds and Landscaping
5. Fleet Management (vehicles)
6. Set-up for Events
7. Scheduling Facilities
8. Custodial Services

Mission Statement:
To contribute to the education of students through provision of safe, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing accommodations and surroundings in living, study, and classroom settings with minimal distraction from their spiritual, intellectual, and occupational goals.
